Start with a Consultation (Required)
All clients must schedule a consultation before beginning GLP-1 treatment (injections or tirzepatide tablets). In this visit, Nurse Erika Falandys will:
Review your medical history, medications, and lifestyle
Discuss goals and expectations
Explain medication options (semaglutide or tirzepatide)
Perform a 28-metric Body Analysis Scan (muscle mass, body fat %, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, water %, bone density, BMI, metabolic basal rate, body age, and more)
Order baseline labs (CBC, CMP, HbA1c, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel) via our partner Quest Diagnostics – Falmouth
Ongoing safety labs are repeated every 3–6 months.
