Brian Najarian

Dr. Brian C. Najarian is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and co-owner of The Blu Pearl Luxury Day & Medical Spa. He completed medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by his residency at Cleveland Clinic, and fellowship training at New England Baptist Hospital and Tufts Medical Center. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Najarian brings extensive surgical expertise and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Originally from Troy, Michigan, and a graduate of University of Notre Dame, Dr. Najarian moved to Cape Cod in 2013 to practice medicine. At The Blu Pearl Spa, he serves as a medical director, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and clinical integrity across all medical spa services. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and their Great Dane, Pearl, and taking full advantage of Cape Cod's outdoor lifestyle-kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, golf. racquet sports, and bike riding.
